Capital E National Arts Festival: Wellington College performance
During Week 8, ten Y10 students took part in a participatory theatre performance as part of the National Arts Festival For Children. Each lunchtime, they performed the role of whales, swimming through the city to Odlin's Plaza, where they became 'stranded'. Hundreds of primary school children then rescued them with water spray and buckets of water. The boys were praised by the festival organisers for their skill, their commitment to the project and for the outstanding way they interacted with the young students. Congratulations to Logan Forsyth, George Baker, William Antrobus, Sam Cook, Cameron Keenan, Chris Scheepers, Gus MacKenzie, Max Stockler, Luke Carpenter and Riley Cherian.
And thanks to Saffan Firdus (Y12)) who made the video: check it out here.
