For each year level in the College, a Dean is responsible to the Headmaster.
Matters affecting a student should first be referred to the Dean.

Reporting Student Absenteeism:
Parents/caregivers are required to report a student's absence from College on a daily basis.
Please telephone the College on 802 2560 and follow the prompts through to the absence line where you can leave a message. When the student returns to College we require a written note confirming the dates the student was away and reason for absence. Alternatively, an email can be sent to email@example.com, ideally from a workplace computer rather than from home.
Messages may be left on the College answer phone after office hours.
Parents are advised that it is often difficult to contact students or pass messages on during school hours. Please contact the office only in urgent cases.
