Course Selection information

Course selection decisions for students in 2017 are due to Tutor Teachers by Monday, 8 August 2016.

Course selection is one of the most important decisions that a student makes each year. Wellington College provides high quality teaching but also excellent advice from Senior Management, Deans, Heads of Department, careers and guidance staff and classroom teachers, to ensure that all students make the best possible decisions.

Weeks 1 and 2 of Term Three: 25 July to 8 August 2016 is the Course Information and Selection focus, when meetings are held to assist students in making these decisions.

Two important course selection afternoons are scheduled in the Brierley Theatre. The first, for students who will be in Year 10 and Year 11 in 2017 (as well as their caregivers) will be at 4.00pm on Wednesday afternoon, 3 August 2016.  The second, for students who will be in Year 12 and Year 13 in 2017 (as well as their caregivers) will be at 4.00pm on Thursday afternoon 4 August 2016. These are opportunities to meet with Heads of Department and other staff to discuss courses for 2017.
